Isolated Soy Protein (injection type) is a highly refined form of soy protein with minimum protein content of 90% on dry basis. It is made from NON-GMO soybean, has high dispersing properties with lecithin fortified, it leads itself well to injection in large piece of meat products, whole muscle meat products. And also used in dairy products, such as yogurt, Ice cream, solid drinks etc. It is low dusting, bland flavor and offers high nutritional properties.
