Isolated Soy Protein 
Injection type Isolated Soy Protein is a type for Meat Application in Cooked Hams. Due to light color and high dispersing properties, it lends itself well to injection in brine system. It is highly recommended for production of
functional Blends/Mixtures, which are finally used by injecting into the meat products. It is a Non-Dusty soy protein isolate, produced from Non-Gmo soybean.

It has a light color and low viscosity needed for Injection. It helps the meat to improve firmness and to enhance slicing characteristics.
